FileRedirect is designed for local-first privacy. The app does not require internet access to work and does not upload your files or folder information.

Data Processing

All file monitoring and rule matching happen directly on your Mac. FileRedirect only processes files inside folders you explicitly choose.

• No cloud sync
• No analytics
• No telemetry
• No background network dependency

Folder Access

FileRedirect only has access to folders you specify in the app. It does not scan unrelated locations on your system unless you add them as monitored folders.

Internet Access

The app does not need internet to monitor, match, and move files. Core functionality works completely offline.

Email Usage

We only use your email for license delivery purposes and never store it in any of our systems.

Data Sharing

FileRedirect does not sell, rent, or share your file data with third parties.
